
1. beat egg white
2. beat VCO, sugar, salt and egg
3. add flour, baking powder and milk and mix well.
4. divide dough in half, add cocoa and grated chocolate to one part and the dessicated coconut to the other
5. add eggwhite equal to both parts.
6. put dark dough in cake form (24cm dia) first, then the light coloured dough, bake at 175° C approx. 60mins.
you can decorate the cake with chocolate coating and coconut chips.
