Coco Vinaigrette

use various steamed vegetables

e.g.:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small zuccini

peel off long strips with vegetable peeler

  • 1 red pepper
  • 4 leaves Chinese cabbage

cut in small strips

  • a few pieces of cauliflower

 Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

mix spices and vinegar

  • 1/4 cup Virgin Coconut Oil

liquefy, add slowly to spices while stirring mixture

add to steamed vegetablesand enjoy!
