Our seasoning oils only consist of premium organic coconut oil and precious organic extracts.

This cold pressed organic coconut oil is unique. It is hand made by farmers of the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific. There are small oil mills that work with the certified DME (direct micro expelling) process which guarantees that the coconut is pressed within an hour of opening.

People on the Solomon Islands live of the coconut palms and nuts. The Fair Dinkum Project was the first, developing and implementing fair trade standards for coconut oil. The effect, fair trade actually has on the population, can for example be seen at the coconut kindergarten where parents can pay the fees for their children in coconuts, thus giving them access to education.

We have been using it like crazy in our team kitchen and at home ever since we got it, and for just about any dish, be it glass noodle salad, fried potatoes, zoodles, for frying and seasoning, on our grilled veggies or steaks, fish, pasta or couscous. It can be used for anything!

Coconut oil does not have to and should not be stored in the fridge, because it hardens. Furthermore it is heat-stable thanks to its valuable fatty acids. The best place to store it is in a dark place at room temperature.
