Coconut paste is pretty much the most delicious all-rounder the coconut tree has to offer. It is a pure natural product made of only grated fresh coconut pulp.
Hence it contains all the precious components of the coconut, such as the oil, the dietary fibers of the white pulp, the texture of creamed coconut is creamy when mixed with water and also therefore just incredibly versatile. You can enjoy it pure as a coconut snack, instead of coconut milk or in tasty Smoothies.

Fresh, grated coconut pulp is carefully dried and then finely ground.
The grinding process lasts until a homogenous, creamy texture is reached. As the temperature is monitored the paste is not exposed to intense heat and thus keeps its fresh aromatic flavor. No preservatives or other additives are needed. The oil in the paste partly separates itself from the pulp, which could be skimmed off directly for cooking if needed.
It´s a classical “two for one”-product J
Be it chilled, melted, flaked, blended or grated – coconut paste enriches many dishes and is an asset in every kitchen. Grate it over your morning cereal, use it for pralines or pastries, add it to your smoothies, curries or soups – it´s pure coconut bliss.
It is easiest handled melted (carefully heat it in a water bath at about 30°C). Straight from the fridge it can be grated over your meals or covered in chocolate for your all-natural, home-made pralines.
Tip: Coconut paste is a great substitute for customary coconut milk, only do you need much less of it to obtain the same coco nutty flavor and creamy texture! Just add a bit of water and your curry is done.
Furthermore you are done with cans and thanks to its packaging it is much easier to store.
