1 ripe mango
60 g
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Blossom Syrup
2 pinches cardamom
400 ml cold water
1 tsp tumeric
fresh mint

Peel the mango and cut into cubes.

Place mango, creamed coconut and water in a blender and purée until smooth.

Put the remaining ingredients, expect the mint leaves, into the blender and mix on high speed.

Fill the lassi in four glasses and serve garnished with fresh mint.
