400 ml | cold water | 400 ml cold water, |
1 tsp | tumeric | 1 tsp tumeric, |
fresh mint | fresh mint, |

Peel the mango and cut into cubes. |

Place mango, creamed coconut and water in a blender and purée until smooth. |

Put the remaining ingredients, expect the mint leaves, into the blender and mix on high speed. |

Fill the lassi in four glasses and serve garnished with fresh mint. |
