Iced Coco Berry Smoothie

300 ml cold water
50 g Organic Creamed Coconut
1 tbs Organic Coconut Oil – Premium Quality
80 g frozen berries (e.g. red currants, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
1 piece of fresh ginger
basil
fresh mint leaves

Put water, creamed coconut, peeled and diced ginger and a few basil leaves into a blender and mix well.

Add frozen berries and coconut oil and blend again thoroughly.

Fill smoothie into a nice glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
