Coconut-Pineapple Granola

180 g oats
100 g almonds
70 g sunflower seeds
80 g cashews
60 g Organic Coconut Oil – Premium Quality
100 g dried ananas
40 g dried cranberries
100 g Organic Coconut Chips “Sweet Blossom”
2 tblsp Organic Coconut Blossom Syrup
1 vanilla pod

Scrape out the vanilla pod and mix with oates, seeds and dry fruit in a bowl.

Melt coconut oil in a water bath, add coconut blossom sirup and work thoroughly into the granola mixture.

Preheat oven to 170°C (top and bottom heat). Evenly spread out mixture on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Turn with spatula every once in a while, so it doesn´t burn.

Take out the granola and allow to cool off. Mix in coconut chips and fill into jars.

Keep in dark, dry place.
