Favourite Coconut Porridge with organic coconut milk powder

1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Milk Powder
1 pinch salt
berries (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
Organic Coconut Blossom Syrup
½ vanilla pod

Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and  scarpe out the pulp.

Bring water to a boil.

Combine oats, coconut milk powder and vanilla pulp om a bowl or mason jar.

Add hot water and stir well until porridge ist nice and creamy.

Top with berries, add a bit of Tropicai coconut blossom sirup for extra sweetness.

 


Tip:

If you like a bit of a crunch and chocolate, sprinkle some of our “Crispy Cacao” Coconut Chips over it or add som creamed coconut to the Water while cooking.
