8 TL Organic Coconut Blossom Vinaigrette
“Exotic Blossom”
1 TL Organic Coconut Oil – Premium Quality
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 red chili
12 dried, pickled tomatoes
1 TL Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar
oregano
thyme
rosemary
sea salt

Finely dice shallot and garlic.

Finely chop dried, pickled tomatoes.

Chop oregano and thyme.

Remove seeds from chili and finely dice it.

Sauté shallot in coconut oil until glassy, add garlic and fry briefly.

Deglaze with coconut blossom vinaigrette.

Add tomatoes, oregano and thyme and let simmer until it thickens a bit.

Stir in coconut blossom sugar, rosemary and chili. Season with sea salt


Tip:

Tastes excellent with barbecues, salads, ciabatta, fish and pasta.
