Sweet Potato-Parsnip-Fries

500 g Sweet Potatoes
500 g Parsnips
2 EL Organic Coconut Oil – Premium Quality
Seasalt
Organic Coconut Blossom Vinaigrette

Preheat oven to 180°C top and bottom heat

Wash and peel sweet potatoes and parsnips and cut into sticks

Line a baking tray with baking parchment and spread sticks on it

Melt coconut oil in a water bath and pour over vegetables. Season with sea salt

Bake on middle rack for about 15 minutes

Turn on the hot air grill for the last 3 minutes

Serve with coconut blossom vinaigrette


Tip:

They also taste incredible with our “summerly coconut blossom ketchup” or our “coco-basil pesto”.
