Shipping & terms of payment

 

1. Shipping

All our shipping charges are including VAT. Global shipping of your coconut products is possible.

Shipping within Germany:

Orders of more than 29€ of value are free of shipping costs.

For orders  of less than 29€, we charge 3,95€.

Our minimum order value amounts 9€.

Shipping outside of Germany:

Shipping charges for deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland and Czech Republic: 9,95€.

Shipping charges for deliveries to Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary: 12,95€.

Shipping charges for deliveries to Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein (plus customs dues), Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Norway (plus customs dues), Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland (plus customs dues), Serbia, Ukraine, Vatican City State and Cyprus: 19,95€.

 2. Payment

Within Germany

You have different options to pay for your coconut order:

Advance Payment

At the end of your ordering process, you will receive an E-Mail with our account information and a separate confirmation of order.

As soon as the payment arrives on our account, your coconut products will be sent on their way to you.

PayPal

You can order easily via PayPal – in case you have a PayPal account. During the ordering process, you will be forwarded to PayPal.

Direct Debit

It is also possible to pay with direct debit. It is an offer from PayPal, but you DO NOT need a PayPal account. Your coconut package will be immediately on its way.

Invoice

This payment method is also an offer from PayPal, you DO NOT need a PayPal account.

The invoice is sent to your e-mail address when the order is dispatched. Please note: you can pay the amount to PayPal within 14 days after the invoice date.

If the invoice is not met within these 14 days, PayPal will charge overdue fines. In case something about your order is not in order, please contact us immediately, to avoid overdue fines.

Credit Card

Our last payment option is the use of credit cards.

We accept:

  • American Express

This payment method is an offer from PayPal. To use it, you DO NOT need a PayPal account.

Outside of Germany:

 3. Terms of Delivery

Terms of delivery within Germany:

Your coconut products will be delivered within 1-4 working days – in case there is no other note on the article’s page. There is no delivery on sun- and holidays.

Terms of delivery outside of Germany:

Austria: 2-6 days

Luxembourg: 2-6 days

Switzerland: 7-11 days (depending on customs)

Liechtenstein: 7-11 days (depending on customs)

Norway: 7-11 days (depending on customs)

Europe (in general): 5-9 days

If you purchase several articles with different delivery periods, we will send them to you as one delivery – if nothing else was arranged with us beforehand. The terms of delivery of the article that takes the longest is valid for the entire shipment.

The period of delivery begins for those, who use advance payment, the day after the payment order was placed at the credit institution and for all other methods of payment, the day after the formation of contract. If the last day of the period of delivery is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday (officially recognized at the point of delivery), the next working day is counted as last day.
